Unsung Thorts has been a long time in the making. Conceived during the start of the pandemic, this short project packs an emotional punch.

Within the contents of this project you’ll find a sense of claustrophobia but also some moments of sanity and release.

Both artists are in top form as they take turns conceptualizing the spaces they occupy and the places they’d like to be.

The textures and tones created by Unsung create a bold and sometimes dizzying backdrop for the tense and often humorous poetry of Thorts.

This may be a brief detour into a joint artistic world but it’s sure to stay with you long after you finish listening.

Sometimes you come across an artist that is compelled to do what they do. I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool. Ceschi is a bright star.
